Reading XAUUSD markup

XAUUSD is represented as a gold price feed in the metals class. It cannot automatically be equated with every physical-gold transaction or every exchange contract on the metal. When comparing sources, the symbol, calendar and candle construction all matter. This page uses the same source and rules as the general Wyckoff table, so it does not create an alternative gold markup just for SEO.

Gold currently supports 4H and 1D. The hourly button is explicitly unavailable; the missing scale is not repaired by copying the four-hour phase. Proxy volume is not interpreted as confirmation of aggregate gold demand, and effort/result assessment retains that limitation. On the chart, distinguish a wide price excursion from the return to an area of balance and the subsequent check of its boundary. Trading-calendar pauses are not filled with flat candles. If an old test remains in history after the current corridor closes, its date and final outcome remain historical. Read XAUUSD statistics for a particular event type and timeframe. A zero sample means there are no completed observations in the available history, not that an outcome is impossible for gold. This distinction is especially relevant when the daily structure has far fewer complete examples than the more frequently sampled four-hour view.

The server view for XAUUSD: 1H — unavailable for this asset class; 4H — no range; 1D — no range. Available instrument history contains 0 rows over 30 days; 9 completions across separate two-year samples. The opening line records the snapshot state rather than a forecast. Compare its time with the latest event time: an old label does not become current merely because no newer event exists. Each Gold scale keeps an independent phase, and no range does not mean distribution. Numbers can change after another close, so retain the observation date when reviewing an example.

The XAUUSD chart lets you check the text directly against Gold candles. It uses the scanner’s existing panel rather than a separate SEO model. Buttons change only the observation scale. A long wick and a close outside a boundary describe different price behaviour, while the event code depends on the full sequence. Parent cancellation remains relevant to dependent labels. Schematics explain the notation without inserting their fictional levels into the market chart.

The two-year XAUUSD table groups observations by event type and timeframe. Sample n includes completed outcomes only: target, invalidation and no result. Waiting and cancelled counts are printed separately for inspection. The publication threshold for Gold shares is twenty completions. Until then, a direct insufficient-data label remains. A small example count is not concealed by pooling neighbouring markets or different scales into one overall percentage. Every displayed share retains its own denominator.

Gold volume is a proxy, without confirmation from complete market turnover. A XAUUSD example is best reviewed from a specific event through its subsequent candles. Date, scale and final evaluation make the Gold observation reproducible. The Magnitude link depicts movement in another way, while the online chart supplies price context. Neither replaces scanner structure. Method and atlas links explain phase names; returning to the general table lets you compare instruments without mixing their statistics. The tool links retain the configured symbol rather than guessing a new source.

FAQ

Why does the XAUUSD phase differ between scales?

Each XAUUSD timeframe is marked independently using closed candles. Available scales are 4H, 1D. A missing structure is not copied from another scale.

What does XAUUSD volume mean?

Gold feed volume is a proxy. It does not confirm total worldwide or exchange turnover and is explicitly labelled in the panel.

Why are XAUUSD event percentages missing?

Each event type and timeframe requires at least 20 completed outcomes. Waiting and cancelled observations are excluded from n; a smaller sample is labelled insufficient data.
