Trade Copying

Surely many have heard about trade copiers. Copying can be useful if you want to trade one strategy, but with a different lot on two accounts at the same time, if you manage an acquaintance's account, or you have some expert advisor that trades only on demo (A trial version of a paid product). And in other cases too, since everyone has their own needs.

There are many systems for copying trades, but some of them are either inconvenient to use or not free, and some refuse to work at all.

In this review I would like to cover the installation and operation of a convenient copier made in the form of expert advisors.

1. Download the archive with the installer (link at the end of the article).

2. Install 2 MetaTraders.One will be the master terminal, from which trades will be copied, and the other the client terminal. To which the copying will take place. To install 2 MetaTraders from one broker, simply name the folders differently. For example: Alpari MT 1 and Alpari MT 2.

3. In each of the terminals go to service->settings->expert advisors. And check the boxes as in the screenshot:

4. Close the terminals.

5. Run the copier installer.

6. Select "I accept the agreement"
Click Next, choose a folder for installing the program (it can be any one).
Mext->Next->Install

7. After making sure that we did not remove the check mark from "Start Software Installer", click "Finish"

8. Next, the installer of the required expert advisors will start.

in the first line you need to choose the path to the folder with the MetaTrader from which trades will be copied (master), and in the second line, the one to which they will be copied (client).

11. Click Next and OK

12. After the message that the installation is complete, open both terminals and you will see that expert advisors are sitting on the charts of both MT4s:

SignalProvider on the master account
SignalProcessor on the client account

13. In the settings of both expert advisors on the "common" tab you need to check the boxes as for working with any other expert advisor.

of the master:
Lot Multiplier 0
Leave everything else as it is
In the client settings:
LotSize 0.01(set the required one)
VariousLot false
ExpirationHours - set it higher, for example 5, because due to the time difference of some brokers, the signal may be mistakenly perceived as expired.

15. Open demos on both terminals and open/close/modify trades on the master, and you will see how everything is copied and at the same time check that the installation is correct.
