Price Action: Finding Strong Levels for Quality Signals
![]()
Good afternoon, good evening, good night. It is no secret that not all yogurts are equally healthy. The same goes for support / resistance levels in Price Action trading: there are weak levels that are easy to break, and there are strong levels that serve as solid support for quality signals and also make a decent point for exiting trades.
So how do you find strong levels? What should you pay attention to? That is what our video lesson today will be about.
If we summarize everything said in the video, we can highlight the following signs of strong levels:
- A level works better the more people "believe" in it.
- Quality levels should stand out and be "obvious."
- If some other technical analysis level is superimposed on a support / resistance level (for example, a Fibonacci level), or a moving average, or a level from a higher timeframe, or a round price value, then the significance of such a level increases greatly.
All of this, including finding strong levels in practice, is covered in more detail in the video lesson.
Respectfully, Pavel
