Analysis of Major Currency Pairs for 3.02.2026

Hello. Below will be several recommendations for trading on the Forex market for 3.02.2026

GBPUSD

On the GBPUSD pair, based on last week's results, a Pin Bar pattern formed. There are no Price Action patterns on the daily chart yet. I think we can watch the reaction around 50% of the last impulse; it is exactly at the upper boundary of the FVG 1.3642. Perhaps in this area we will finish the downward correction, ignore the Pin Bar and continue growth with the upward trend. I am not considering sales from current prices; I would like to see a small pullback upward.

AUDUSD

On the AUDUSD pair, a Doji pattern formed at the 0.6940 level. Of course, I would like to see last week's low of 0.6901 taken out. But it is also possible to try looking intraday from current levels for buy signals. Targets for purchases are around the 0.7136 level.

Fundamental Market Overview for February 03

U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson

On Monday, Asia collapsed under pressure from macroeconomic circumstances - a sell-off in precious metals and the U.S. shutdown. Investors ignored China's PMI rising to 50.3 (the highest since October); they fear a decline in consumer spending after the Lunar year.

European and American markets had a different reaction to the largest fall in gold and silver this century. Indices rose, especially in the IT sector, which is suffering from higher raw material costs amid the precious metals rally.

Investors focused on earnings season and positive news from the U.S. Congress. House Speaker Mike Johnson promised that the shutdown would be short and would end on Tuesday.
