THV CaveManager - advanced position control

 The THV Cavemanager expert advisor was originally developed for the THV System trading strategy, but it can be used without any difficulty as an auxiliary tool for working with any system. CaveManager does not open positions, it only provides the ability to automate various profit-taking schemes and loss control. This tool is intended primarily for scalpers.

UsePivots_for_TP - enable/disable the use of pivots for setting take profit

Include_Mid_Levels_SR - whether to add additional pivot levels

TP_1st_Lots_Percent, TP_2nd_Lots_Percent, TP_3rd_Lots_Percent - the percentage of the position volume that will be closed when the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd pivot levels are reached.

Local__HrsServerTzFromGMT - your broker's GMT offset

Show_1Daily_2FibonacciPivots - if set to 1, standard pivots will be used. If 2, then Fibonacci-based ones.

Auto_Adjust_For_DST - enable/disable automatic adjustment for the switch to daylight saving time (the expert advisor looks at the broker's time; it does not care about the time in Russia, Ukraine, or wherever you live)

DST_Zone - the zone for Auto_Adjust_For_DST. 1-US, 2-EU (most brokers use the European model), 3-AUS, 4-NZ, 5-set it manually.

UseTP_By_Batch - enable/disable staged take-profit taking. It is possible to set stages in points and as a percentage of the entire position.

UseNoLossAfterPips - enable/disable moving a position to breakeven after N points of profit

NoLossAfterPips - the level (in points) for the UseNoLossAfterPips parameter

UseLoss_by_Batch - staged stop-loss. Similar to the UseTP_By_Batch parameter, only not for takes, but for losses.

Use_ATR_Stop_Loss - enable/disable the use of ATR for setting stop-loss.

ATR_Period_SL - ATR period

ATR_SL_Factor - multiplier for ATR

Use_ATR_Target_Profit - enable/disable setting take profit by ATR. The settings are similar to Use_ATR_Stop_Loss

TakeProfit, StopLoss - profit-taking and loss levels

UseTrailiingStop - enable/disable trailing stop

Trailing_Stop_Pips - trailing stop level

UseTrailPriceByPercentage - enable/disable trailing based on a percentage of profit.

MinPipsToActivate - the profit level in points after which UseTrailPriceByPercentage is activated

PercentageTrailBehindPrice - the percentage of profit built into the trailing stop.

Use_ATR_TrailingStop - enable/disable an ATR-based trailing stop (there are ATR period and multiplier settings).

Use_Trail_By_Candle_HL - use trailing based on the High/Low points of the last closed candle.

Pips_Behind_Candle_HL - distance in pips from the High/Low for the stop.

Activate_After_Pips - profit level (in pips) to activate Use_Trail_By_Candle_HL

Use_Preceding_TP - on/off automatic movement of the stop N pips further than the current price after activating the trailing stop.

Preceding_TP_Pips - level in pips for the Use_Preceding_TP parameter

Show_Status - on/off display of the current advisor status.

Broker_Allow_Micro_Lot_Size - whether the broker allows the use of micro lots (0.01, 0.02, etc.)

How do I get started?

Install the expert advisor on the chart with the pair you are going to trade  and configure it as you wish. Open a position and the expert will manage it.

Can I install THV CaveManager on several charts of one currency pair?

No. One chart with the advisor for each pair. Otherwise the expert will try to control the same position several times.

Can I open more than one position on the same pair at the same time so that THV CaveManager controls them?

No. THV CaveManager is capable of working with only one position at a time.
