It so happened that we got acquainted/crossed paths online somewhere back in 2006.

And since 2011 we have been working almost from the very beginning in one of his projects and have managed to get to know each other quite well.

And I must confess to you that, although at the moment we met I was three times older than Pavel, there was much for me to value in Pavel and even to learn from him.

I would single out in Pavel his reliability, systematic approach, tolerance, and ability to live in the rhythm of life and in harmony with life, instead of trying to build castles in the air and trying to break everything around him to suit himself!

As for reliability, in 13 years I do not remember a single case of Pavel failing to do what he had promised.

It is clear that in projects there cannot be something absolutely eternal - all kinds of decisions and agreements have some time limits and can someday be renegotiated and even terminated/cancelled.

But within the framework of what was agreed or approved, and if there is no other agreement, Pavel always fulfilled his promises.

This is an extremely important human quality that makes a man a man!

As for Pavel's systematic approach, unequivocal proof of it is our 8+ year-old resource.

The creation and maintenance in an up-to-date state for 8 years in a highly competitive market of such a huge resource is the result of thousands of purposeful actions, always ending with the creation of something concrete - an article on the blog or forum, a unique service, or unique software integrated with the service.

Especially lately it is clearly visible how much of the unique content appearing on the resource is the result of Pavel's management actions and the processes he previously launched for the creation/appearance of something new.

Now is a very difficult period for forex resources, and Pavel's inner systematic approach is exceptionally important.

As for Pavel's tolerance, although now this word in Russian is almost a swear word, it is what I learned from Pavel the most.

There was a time when I would sometimes even write angry letters, like, look what a jerk he is, saying things like that.

Pavel banned obvious clones/trolls, but about the others he often made me understand that people have a right to perpendicular views, and let them speak.

And I learned that from Pavel, sharply dropping my rejection of other people's views and looking with humor at the residual trolling of that same group.

As for Pavel's ability to live in the rhythm of life and in harmony with life...

This is a very rare quality of only a very few people, most often manifesting itself in deep maturity, or even only in old age.

Most people, especially in youth, bustle wildly, trying to prove something or force it on others, trying to bend life over their knee...

Pavel understood very early that it is wise to follow the course of life and do what brings pleasure and what does not warp the course of life, but makes life richer and happier.

Life will definitely give several chances and, if you hear it and yourself and do not invent tasks for yourself, then everything will be fine and "along the way".

In general, Pavel is a very interesting person at a wonderful age - the age when a man begins to flourish.

And all that remains is to wish Pavel health, personal happiness, prosperity and, in life, never to betray himself!

Richness of interests.  Even when you earn all the money in the world. So that you still have something to do. A favorite pursuit that would always bring you pleasure.

And also friends, close people. As one successful person said, friends are tested much more by success than by trouble. When you are successful, many people may simply be unable to bear it)
