Forex Expert Advisors: Betelgeuse

Betelgeuse sovetnik skachatA Japanese scalper from the exclusion zone.

The other day I was "pointed toward" a long-forgotten expert advisor from merchants from the land of the rising sun.

What kind of beast is this?

Platform:Metatrader 4

Working time:Asian session (night)

Currency pair:EURUSD

Timeframe:M5

Since the appearance of the expert advisor, there has not been a single positive review online. Is the expert really that bad? Let us look at the monitoring of real accounts (demo accounts are useless for testing scalpers):

The only real account with a confirmed trading history (that is, definitely not a demo)

There are also two real accounts from the authors of the expert advisor (but the trading history is not confirmed, so it is possible that these are demos):

As you can notice, the monitorings stopped updating at the beginning of March. Most likely, after the losses they did not start the updates again; sellers often do that. I think you understand why :)

The expert advisor also has an annoying bug: it confuses its EURUSD orders with orders from other expert advisors and positions opened manually. That is, you need to open a separate account for it and install a separate terminal.

After everything listed above, do you still have any desire left to waste time on this meaninglessly? Exactly, me neither.

For night trading on EURUSD there is Shocker, there is Megadroid, so why reinvent the wheel? Especially since the release of Shocker 3.0 is promised soon. And I am not talking about a knockoff from Russian hackers, but about the real version 3.0
