Can MyFxBook Monitoring Be Faked?

Hello everyone!
I have written many times about why you should not buy expert advisors online. Many of you are already familiar with the "Dark Side of the Force" in the forex market, the sellers of Holy Grails. Some of us even fell for the pretty monitoring pages of the expert advisors being sold, and still ended up joining the ranks of suckers... Today we will touch the Dark Side!
No, I am not going to write about how to create a profitable expert advisor for sale. And we will not even write a losing one today. Besides, why bother? Our forum is full of ready-made good and not-so-good expert advisors already, download them for free and sell them to your heart's content, which many people do. We will not write a sales site either, any schoolkid will write one for you for three bottles of beer. Ask yourself: without what would it be hard to foist on trusting suckers a product downloaded for free online? Right, without pretty monitoring!
We already have several articles on the blog about what myfxbook is, how to view monitoring on a smartphone, and even how to transfer trades from monitoring onto a terminal chart. But, unfortunately, there is not a single article about how to make pretty monitoring for pushing assorted junk from the internet onto trusting Pinocchios. That is exactly the injustice we are going to fix with you today, my unprincipled and shameless hunters for easy money.
Myfxbook

So, in case anyone did not know, myfxbook.com is a service intended for automatic online analysis and monitoring of trading on an account. By dropping into the forum chat, you will quickly find out that monitoring is a measure of a trader's coolness, and if yours is long and profitable, then you are the alpha male. What am I even writing here? In short, before buying an expert advisor, crafty suckers have learned to ask for a monitoring record of its performance. Ordinary hand-drawn statements, you see, do not satisfy them... It is for exactly such picky buyers that we are now going to create fake monitoring.
There are several ways to update monitoring. Let us go through each of them.
MetaTrader4 (AutoUpdate)

Data is sent to the myfxbook statistics server directly by the broker's trading server where we opened the account. After we select this platform type, the myfxbook service will ask us for the trading account login, the investor password, and the trading server to which the trading account is linked, which the broker also specifies when opening the account. This connection option can suit us only if we have acquaintances working at a broker who are able to edit trades on the broker's server. This method does not work for us, because unfortunately I do not have my own broker yet.
MetaTrader4 (Publisher)

In this case, data is sent to the myfxbook statistics server by the MT4 terminal itself via the ftp protocol. Aha, you have probably already caught the smell of money! Since the statistics are sent through us, we can do anything we want with them. At the same time, we will be able to confirm our trading privileges, which is essentially half of the account verification. One problem remains: we will have to come up with a convincing excuse for why the trading history is not confirmed.
MetaTrader4 (EA)

Here the data is sent to the myfxbook statistics server by POST using a special protected application, the myfxbook expert advisor (EA). You will be asked to download it and install it in the required MT4 terminal. Yes, guys, once again the data is sent from our side, and once again we can do anything we want with it. And what is most wonderful, we can confirm both the trade history and the trading privileges 100%!

Conclusions

You should not trust pretty monitoring pages, because it is easy to make them look that way yourself, without even straining much. You can make pretty monitoring even for a losing expert advisor. If you decide to risk your money and buy some expert advisor online, I advise you to study third-party monitoring pages and reviews about it. It is also worth paying attention to how well-known the expert advisor and its author are.
